I’m new to Power BI, is this product suitable for me?
No, this product is not not for beginners. You must be experienced in using Power BI and bring in any questions/challenges you face while using Power BI.
Why is this product a subscription?
The key feature of Ask Anything Power BI is that you receive direct help throughout the year during the live online Q&A calls. Subscribers an attend any of the live online Q&A calls during their subscription year. At the end of the first 12 months you can continue to subscribe and keep these benefits, or you can cancel your subscription and end your participation at that time. You will receive an email about 4 weeks before your subscription is renewed so that you can choose to opt out if you want to.
Will I get recordings of the Q&A calls?
Yes, you will. Each Q&A call is recorded and the link to download the video will be sent to the active subscribers. You can download a copy of the video file and store it for your reference.
If I can’t attend a Q&A call, can I still ask questions?
Yes, you can email your questions in advance. Your questions will be answered during the live online Q&A call and you can watch the answer later on the video recording that will be sent after the call. Please note that not all questions may be answered in every call.
If I get distracted, can I come back and join later?
Definitely. This is a subscription-based product, and you can attend any of the scheduled bi-weekly live online Q&A calls during your subscription period. You can continue renew your subscription to keep the benefits each year.
Are there any pre-recorded videos for this product?
No, this subscription is meant to answer the Power BI challenges that you come across during your work. If you are looking for video training, we recommend registering in one of our on-demand courses instead.
Are there any materials or sample files for this product?
No, there are no downloadable files for this product. However, if a specific scenario is discussed during a Q&A call, then you may receive downloadable workbooks and links to access relevant material along with the call recording.
Is there a Certificate of Completion?
No, as this is not an actual training course that provides structured learning, there is no Certificate of Completion.
How do I renew my subscription?
If your subscription is set to auto-renew, our system will automatically renew your subscription for another year on your renewal date using the billing information on file. If you subscription is set to manual renewal, our system will generate a manual invoice and email it to you on the renewal date. About a month (4 weeks) before your next renewal date, you will receive an email from us reminding you that the renewal is coming up and to confirm your billing details so your access is uninterrupted.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to all of the scheduled Q&A calls until your expiry date. To cancel your subscription, go to the Billing page from your Account Dashboard and select the subscription to cancel from the My Subscriptions area. Once in the Subscription Details page, you can then choose to cancel your subscription from the Actions field. After your subscription expires, you will not longer have access to the Q&A calls or the Discussions Forum.
What payment methods do you accept? What currency is used?
We accept credit card payments through our secure online payment portal, Stripe. If you would like to discuss other payment options, please get in touch through our Contact Us page. All transactions are charged in US Dollars. Please note that because Skillwave is registered in Canada, we are required by Canada Revenue Agency to collect the 5% Goods & Services Tax (GST) on registrations made by Canadians.
What is your refund policy for this product?
We think you will love our live online Q&A calls; however, if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, we offer a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. We do not offer refunds if it is more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Can a subscription be shared with or transferred to another user?
Meeting invites, Q&A video downloads, and other shared materials are for the exclusive use of the registered user only. Sharing of any of these is in violation of our policies and may result in termination of subscription without notice.
