All the videos for our courses are hosted on Vimeo. Please note that some networks and countries block access to Vimeo, in which case the videos will not be watchable. You may want to double-check that your network and country allows access to Vimeo before registering in a course to ensure that you will be able to see the videos.
Refund & Registration Transfer Policy
We think you will love our training; however, if you are unsatisfied with the training for any reason, we offer a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee, as long as you have completed less than 25% of the course. All we ask in return is that you tell us why you were unsatisfied with the training. We do not offer refunds if you have completed over 25% of the course and/or it is more than 14 days after the purchase date.
Logins, downloads, and other materials are for the exclusive use of the registered user only; registrations cannot be transferred to another user. Sharing of credentials is in violation of our site policies and may result in termination of product and/or site access without notice.
Digital Download Products
Refunds are not available on any digital download products once they are downloaded.
Foreign & Cross Border Transaction Fees
Skillwave Training is a division of Excelguru Consulting Inc, which is a Canadian company. We have tried our best to ensure that there are no extra charges for currency conversions, with a transactional flow that is USD from one end of the transaction to the other. (We use Stripe as our credit card processor, issue charges in US dollars, collect from Stripe in US dollars, and even deposit our funds into a US dollar bank account in a Canadian bank.)
Despite our efforts, some banks add a foreign or cross-border transaction fee with a purchase outside of their country. This decision to collect this fee and the amount charged is determined entirely by the individual bank, and there is no standard amount that a financial institution may charge. It is not a fee collected by Stripe or by Skillwave. Stripe has no way of knowing if a customer’s bank will charge the fee, or how much it will be, and we therefore cannot warn you if this may happen to you.
Skillwave is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees that a purchaser may incur. If you are unsure if your bank charges foreign or cross-border transaction fees, or if you would like to dispute a charge, please speak directly with your bank.
Acceptance of Terms of Service
Course registrations and/or digital download product purchases are copyright and sold to the named user specified at the time of the sale. Logins, downloads, and other materials are for the exclusive use of the registered users. Sharing of user credentials is not allowed and will result in the termination of site/product access.
Registration fees for courses grant the user unlimited access to all the course materials for the specified period of time as outlined on the specific course information page. Upon completion of the course(s) in which the user is registered, the user will be able to generate a Certificate of Completion for their records from within the completed course page.
Purchase of digital download products grants the user access to the existing product at the time of purchase; the user is not entitled to any updates or additions to the product. Purchase of a “subscription” product entitles the user access to the existing product at the time of purchase, plus any updates or additions to the product for as long as they are a subscriber. Upon cancellation of a product subscription, the user will not longer have access to the product.
